Logo and Identity Design for MITA

Logo and Identity design for Mita Gems, a Thai jewelry brand offering affordable real diamonds and gems. Targeting to college students and young professional, its mission is to offer good quality jewelry with modern design collections that are suitable for young adults, and the price is also affordable. 

 

The word “Mita” in Italian also means “Friend” which perfectly representing their target audience's lifestyle and culture that are always surrounded by their friends and constantly influence one another.

 

For the official symbol, it was designed to be a monogram representing the classical strength and the expertice of the brand's founder in gemology. Since monograms were widely used for fashion brands’ logos, we took that sense of classic style and customized Mita’s monogram and wordmark with a modern twist of unique characters.
